Refreshing Rooibos Iced Tea Recipe with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 4 rooibos tea bags (or 4 tsp loose-leaf rooibos)

  • 4 cups boiling water

  • 2–3 tbsp Waggle Craft Honey (try Lemon & Ginger or Plain Creamed Honey)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew your tea:
    Pour boiling water over the rooibos tea bags and let steep for about 10 minutes. Rooibos is gentle, so don’t worry about it becoming bitter.

  2. Sweeten naturally:
    Remove the tea bags and stir in Waggle Honey while the tea is still warm so it dissolves perfectly. Adjust the sweetness to your taste — start with two tablespoons and add more if you like it sweeter.

  3. Cool and chill:
    Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to the fridge for at least an hour.
