Shipping policy
Waggle Craft Honey is currently shipped nationwide in South Africa. We don’t have a set shipping scenario for international shipping, but please get in touch and we can see how we can help you.
What are the costs related with shipping your goods?
Waggle Craft Honey is currently shipped at the following rates:
- Orders of up to 3 large jars or 4 medium jars (based on package size) = R70 courier fee
- Orders of more than 3 large jars or 4 medium jars (based on package weight) = R80 or R100 courier fee
- Free shipping on orders of R1000 or more
Shipping cost is automatically calculated before checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. We make every effort to ship our parcels out as soon as possible.
How long does Shipping take and what are the details?
- All our parcels are shipped from Cape Town, so the closer you are to us, the quicker your parcel may take to reach you.
- Delivery can be expected between 1-5 business days from shipping date and we do shipments two to three times a week.
- We use the Courier Guy to deliver our parcels and rely on them to fulfil this leg of the journey. The number of days taken for delivery is not guaranteed but a best estimate.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will not be able to make any changes once your parcel has been shipped.
- We suggest providing a daytime address for receiving your goods, where someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 8am and 5pm.
- We assume that any individual at your delivery address who signs for the parcel has been authorised to do so on your behalf. This individual accepts the delivery under the same Terms and Conditions that would have applied to you.
- Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address. We take no responsibility for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is non-delivered due to address errors, we will refund the original order (excluding the courier fee) and request that you resubmit the order.
- We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on The Courier Guys’ website. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available on this site, at least 24 hours.
- If you haven’t received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wagglehoney.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
