Refund policy

In the unlikely event where you receive goods that you are unhappy with, please email us at hello@wagglehoney.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your goods, so that we can assess and offer you an exchange or refund (where applicable). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will require a photograph of any damages as proof.

Returns - If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. We will then assess the products and deem a refund/exchange applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The credit will include the costs of the goods but exclude the original courier cost.

Exchanges -  We offer exchanges on damaged goods or receipt of incorrect goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Email us at hello@wagglehoney.co.za with a photo of your damaged/incorrect goods as proof, so that we can arrange for return of these and delivery of exchange goods to your address.

Please note: unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale, discounted or promotional items.
