Chicken Skewers
This recipe is for all the chilli lovers out there. It is the perfect lazy weekend food that requires minimal effort and delivers incredible results. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
You will need:
- 4 Chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 red onions, quartered
- Lime wedges
- Waggle Chilli Honey
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preheat your oven to 180°C, or light up a braai. Alternate the chicken pieces, onion cubes and lime wedges onto your skewer sticks and finally baste it all with some Waggle Chilli Honey, olive oil and salt to taste. Roast for 20 mins, and enjoy!
Tip: if you're using wooden skewer sticks, soak them in water for 10 to 30 minutes before use.
