Greek Salad with Chilli Halloumi

Spruce up a traditional Greek salad with some halloumi and Chilli Honey to create a healthy yet luxurious side dish. The perfect addition to any meal!

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 300g halloumi
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Waggle Chilli Honey
  • Sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion and olives
  • Lemonzest, mint and fresh chilli (optional) for garnish
Fry the halloumi in a pan with butter and your Chilli Honey until browned. Serve whole on a plate with your salad ingredients, or add as cubes to your salad bowl.
