Waggle French Toast
It suddenly feels like winter in Cape Town and this rainy weather is making us excited for something warm and sweet! Whether you just want to warm up with a hearty snack or go all out with a yummy breakfast for a special occasion - give this delicious French toast recipe a try.
You will need:
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Waggle Salted Honey
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 slices brioche bread*
- 1 knob butter
Whisk the eggs, milk, Waggle Salted Honey and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Dip your slices of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a medium hot pan with some butter. Serve warm with Waggle Spiced Honey, and add some sliced banana, crispy bacon and grated cheese for the full fancy breakfast experience.
