Waggle Summer Salad

Healthy eating doesn't have to be boring! Get creative with some fun ingredients, and build your own Waggle Summer Salad.

This recipe consists of fresh buffalo milk burrata or mozzarella, poached peaches or nectarines, baby gem lettuce and basil leaves. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and some sour dough croutons. To top it all off, add a drizzle of Waggle Chilli Honey for a nice zing.
